It rained all day today so no playing out for Anais and Roman. They each did more to their cross stitch. We played Roulette though as we don't know how to play it properly we made our own rules! They each did some colouring and writing while I read my book "The Host".
This afternoon Roman made a batch of fairy cakes. When they cooled down Anais melted some chocolate in the microwave to ice them. They look pretty on a green and pink cake stand I keep in the caravan. Jenny - we used the set you gave them for Easter to decorate them and they looked very pretty! Pictures to follow once I have a WIFI connection.........
Mark went home today when he was passing and brought Romans recorder back to the caravan, he has been asking for it since he had the "Recorder for Beginners" book from Coughton Court last week.
Yesterday I finished a blue crochet frame to go in the upstairs bathroom at home. Last night I did another pink doily in very pale and very fine pale pink thread from Elaine. This afternoon I made one in a mink colour to go in our bedroom.
The potato salad Roman made yesterday for our lunch today was delicious. This afternoon we steamed the last of the salad potatoes so he made more for our lunch tomorrow.
Three caravans went home today so including us there are only four caravans here.
