Anais and Roman were back at school today. While it was nice and mild I took the opportunity to go and look in the January sales. Craft group for me is not on again until next week.
When I got back I tackled the mound of ironing. Ooops, good job this is old and we have a spare, I burned a hole in the Christmas table runner, the iron was too hot.

I also made a batch of vegetable chilli in the slow cooker for me for "quick dinners" such as tonight.
Roman came out of school very proud of himself! On 19th December he was sick and missed the last day of school, including an awards assembly. He didn't know but he got a silver star for reading which his teacher gave him today. Well done Roman!

Roman's club on Tuesdays is cancelled until further notice until they sort out more funding. He decided from next week he will join the cooking club at school instead.
Anais had orchestra today. She is working towards her next big concert in March.
Mark was in Head Office all day today for meetings and presentations and was gone approx 5.00am until 7.45pm. When he got back he said he wanted to do something to relax so got Roman's model plane out and finished painting and putting the stickers on it. They can start a new model now.
