I did pick up some bargains though.......
* 3 balls of Mohair in a teal colour for £1
* 5 balls of cream 50% wool/50% acrylic for £1.50
Not much done again today as I went shopping with Nicolette this morning. I still haven't found any pretty small boxes or baskets for the shelves though. I did pick up some bargains though....... * 3 balls of Mohair in a teal colour for £1 * 5 balls of cream 50% wool/50% acrylic for £1.50 Couldn't believe my next bargain! A Cath Kidston mug for........................50p! RRP is £6.50! In my favourite print too, Provence Rose. I already have one in a blue colour. I put my crochet hooks in it to go on the shelves in the conservatory..... ...........and have the beginnings of a wool shelf with fat squishy balls of lovely fluffy wool. Roman drew me a picture at club tonight....... No orchestra for Anais tonight as she wanted to take part in an away netball match with school. Her team won 7-1 so she was pleased. Her coach got stuck in traffic so she didn't get home until almost 6PM and had to walk home in the dark which I wasn't very pleased about. Next time she has been told to take her phone with her so one of us can go and pick her up when she lets us know she is back. Only one thing made tonight - another crochet doily to go on the shelves in the conservatory to 1, brighten them up and 2, protect them from scratches. It is the mandala pattern from this month's "Simply Crochet" magazine but I thought it made a nice doily instead. This is the second one, I did the first one on Saturday. The shelves in the conservatory are now looking very PINK! Mark is mid bottling the wine up so photo's to follow................
