Anais' school was closed today as teacher's were striking, Roman's school remained open.
We went to the cinema to see Disney's "The Lone Ranger" which even Anais said wasn't like a Dsiney film as it had so much violence in it. Lots of fighting, blood and gore. We both enjoyed it though, Johnny Depp was good as always.

Had a walk around town after where we got some lunch and brought the full X-Box game of "Minecraft" as they have both been helpful while we have been decorating and helped with the tidying up.
So, tonight we are finally finished! It has taken 12 days from pulling the first strips of wallpaper off, to having the fire installed, to filling the holes, sanding the holes and re papering the walls.

Tonight all Mark had to do was cut and stain some trims to go around the hearth as this hearth is smaller than the last one we had. One more job to do now - clean the carpet.
Fred all finished and lit..........
We are beginning to understand the fire a little better now. Today we had it in "best burn" in a very short time and even turned the slider air control above the door to minimum which slowed the burned down but kept the temperature up.
