Me and Anais had a "girly day" I promised her ages ago to go to the cinema and see a film of her choice. She wanted to see "Now you see me" but that's not on anymore. The choices were One Direction, The Movie (luckily she isn't a "Directioner"), Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters (I have fish phobia) and Wolverine (don't like Sci fi/fantasy either) Anais chose Wolverine!
It actually wasn't too bad, I didn't sit there wishing we could leave halfway through anyway! Anais really enjoyed it.

Here is Anais melting the soap compound which took a while. The compound is clear, the instructions said add talcum powder to make it opaque and then some colour powder and fragrance that came with it, Anais chose pink.
I don't think she stirred it enough as when they dried and we took them out the moulds they are pink speckled although this actually looks very pretty!
Also today I have started crafting for Christmas!!!!!! Last year I brought some packs of small jingle bells from Hobbycraft and used them on the front of embroidered Christmas cards. I still have approx 55 small bells and 30 larger sized bells left. Today I had an idea what I could do with them to use them up.
Sneak peek! Hopefully will finish tomorrow.

Two of ours had started to go funny so I made them into crumbles. When I was peeling and slicing them some had gone rotten from the inside out too and there wasn't much left. I mixed them with a bag of rhubarb from the freezer.
They turned into three apple and rhubarb crumbles and one plain rhubarb crumble.
