Roman built this to enter a Lego competition to make a rescue vehicle using bricks from one complete set.
It is called "Roman's Rescue Rover" and has a fire hydrant on it to extinguish fires, a rescue hook and rope to pick up vehicles or people, a flashing emergency light and I have forgotten the rest! But Roman knows what all the bits and bobs poking out are for. Built by Roman!
