Roman has been playing with his K’Nex, he made a rocket. Anais finished the book she bought from Coughton Court yesterday “Horror High”. They each made grandad a birthday card for tomorrow.
Roman also made some “club cards” which he copied from his “Art Attack” book. He used the cereal box to cut up!
I have been reading my book, “The Atlantis Code” - 34% of the way through so far. I also noticed a nice ball of very fine pink cotton from Elaine so crocheted a doily (yes another one!) for the shelves in the conservatory.
This afternoon Christine and Dave (more regulars) pitched their caravan up and brought their grandkids down, Charlie and Libby, so Anais and Roman spent the afternoon playing with them. A caravan went home on Tuesday so there were only three vans here, there are four vans again at the moment, it is very quiet.
Tonight we made a Victoria Sponge Cake (packet mix for convenience). We will assemble it with jam and whipped cream tomorrow.
Tea tonight - jacket potato with cheese, sausages and sweet corn.
