We woke to blue sky, a few clouds but otherwise warm and sunny. After breakfast we firstly went for a walk around the site and to find the donkeys and then went for a walk around Burnham on Sea. We came back to the caravan for lunch which was bacon sandwich's. After lunch Anais and Roman drew a picture on the canvas's they brought with them and I started to make s silver/grey scarf with Rico Can Can.
This afternoon we went to "Secret World" and saw badger's, a deer, owls, ferrets and lots of other animals. We then went to West Huntspill railway where Anais and Roman each had a go on the miniature railway and then played on the park. We then went for a drive to Bridgewater docks where there was some kind of parade on so we couldn't park.
Grandma and grandad - Anais and Roman still have money left you gave them when we went to the lakes in February, they each bought a loom watch set (same as this one) with the money you gave them. They are saving them to do them for a rainy day.
When we came back to the caravan, Anais and Roman started to paint their canvases, Mark built a wooden boat, I cooked tea and did more scarf knitting.
Tea was gammon cooked in the slow cooker with steamed veg and potatoes.
After tea we went to feed the donkeys some chopped up apple and went for a walk along the river to the end of site and back.
