It also warmed up pretty quickly this morning once we had opened all of the blinds. Firstly Mark helped jenny sort the break light on her caravan and then we had lunch. We had cous cous with mixed salad and Anais and Roman had a cheese sandwich and crisps which they took with the picnic blanket in the other field and had a picnic by themselves.
This afternoon we went shopping. Days before we were due to go home last summer I sat on my sun glasses and never got round to replacing them. This morning it was so bright, especially in the awning, I was straining my eyes so needed to go and buy some new ones.
We also got Anais and Roman some new outdoor toys from Poundland. When we got back this afternoon we hardly saw them as they have been playing outside.
One caravan went home this morning. Including us there are only five caravans here - it is very nice and quiet and peaceful (until Anais and Roman go out to play!)
We have a microwave in the caravan and a slow cooker, we also have Mark's gas BBQ with us. We did have an electric steamer in the caravan but took it out as it hardly got used (perhaps time to put back in?!?!) We can also go home (i.e Mark go can home when he is passing) and bring the halogen oven back if we need to. We do have the option of chaning the lightweight bottle for a normal bottle but we are going to hold out to see when the lightweight bottles become available again so there may be some fun dinner's ahead cooking with limited means!
Tea tonight - gammon in the slow cooker, boiled potato's, frozen carrots, brocolli and cauliflower cooked in the microwave and gravy.
It is 54 rows high, I did 14 rows today, 40 rows left to do.
