We had a very lovely but tiring day today - we were out ALL day.
We got up this morning and made a picnic. We drove to Charlecote Park in Stratford Upon Avon. We last went on Good Friday and it was a nice day out with lots to see and do so thought we would go back. Prior to that we went in September 2012 when Jenny went with Scarlett and we met them up there.
We walked around the house, Anais and Roman followed the trail to find the baby deer's. We looked in the laundry, beer house and carriage collection. We had our picnic lunch in the grounds by the wier.
Phil and Elaine know how much Roman LOVES eggs so for his birthday they brought him a goose egg. We have never seen such a big egg before! Probably best to scramble this egg as we wouldn't have a clue for timings on how long to boil it for! They wrote on it "A Happy Birthday Roman" We weighed it earlier to see how big it is - 192g. It is the size of a dinosaur egg!
