This morning Anais went to clarinet orchestra. We started to have (another) clear out of the drier room.
We picked her up and went over to the NEC for The Skills Show. Quite interesting, we were there for 2 hours. Got careers advice for Anais, Roman wanted to ask questions on how to get into a career working with Lego!

Roman loved it as there was lots of hands on things for him to have a go at. He spotted the Lego a mile off! (Lego used to demonstrate controls for infrastructure e.g. controlling street lights, traffic etc......) He had a go at a robot challenge, using the robot to pick up a ball, travel with the ball and leave the ball in a basket (to do with programming and robotics).
Anais got careers advice on the music industry, veterinary nursing and working with sports.
On the way home we stopped off at the garden centre to look at the Christmas things.
This evening we hired "Independence Day 2" to watch.
