.................a Nordic mouse pin cushion for just 40p!
In January I bought a bag of strong flour and yeast with the intention of trying to make homemade bread. It was only in the week Anais remembered and asked if we could have a go. This morning we got up and this was Anais' job. We followed the recipe and instructions on the side of the pack of flour (Aldi). We ate the bread for lunch still slightly warm, open topped with pate or cheese, yummy! While Anais had a go at making bread Roman made a batch of lemon cupcakes to take to grandma and grandad's house. This was a packet mix for convenience with lemon essence added for flavour. All I did was put the mixture in the cases, he did the rest himself including mixing and icing them. After seeing "Gravity" last night, Roman built and then played with this today. My dishwasher is broke :-( We put it on after breakfast and shortly after smelt "burning" downstairs. We narrowed it down to the dishwasher's control panel. Ironically, the control panel on the dishwasher was changed last year as Hotpoint contacted us to say they had issue's with the old panel's and wanted to replace it with a newer one. They replaced it and it has been fine.............. until now. Earliest they can send an engineer round to look at it is Thursday which means hand washing up at least until then :-( Mark has been playing with his car today as it is due an MOT soon and he wants to make sure it passes after he hit a deer (by accident!) last July. After we dropped Anais and Roman off at grandma and grandad's house we stopped off at Sainsbury's. I got....................... .................a Nordic mouse pin cushion for just 40p! He is on the little table in the conservatory with the other animals. ......... and a set of three cookie stamps, £5 now 50p! Breaking Bad - 33/62 - season three FINISHED! Start season 4 tomorrow! Exciting, exciting, exciting!
