So not much crocheting or card making done today as I have been having a minor but boring spring clean in the house. I have also gone through both freezers and the fridge and had a sort out. Anything that was old, half used or not been delved in for a while has gone in the bin. I need to go shopping again now to re-stock.
Today I made this blue crochet flower garland (1). I have hung it up at my kitchen window (2) to brighten it up!

1 - Here is attempt 1, I know where I went wrong, I put too many stitches in so it looks "fluted"
2 - attempt 2, again I put too many stitches in so started again with number 3
3 - I stopped deliberately at this size as I thought it would a be a cute size for a coaster!
4 - attempt 4, still not perfect but getting better!
I will keep trying, practice makes perfect!

I tried to do another hexagon before bed, I left it for a few hours to start again with fresh eyes and I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (almost!)
It is still not perfect, if you look into round three, one of the treble corner crochets is a group of three when it should be a group of two. Never mind, it is not that noticeable and at least this one has regained the hexagon shape! I will try to do another one tomorrow.
