Mothers Day xx

Ooops, last night turned into a late night when I lost track of time and stayed up until 12.50am to finish my book.

We had a nice day today. I had -
a latch hook kit
cream
perfume
2 cacti
2 packs of white wool
an orchid
chocolates

The bag was brought out that Anais coloured when she was little. It has become tradition to use this!

This morning we went to the yachting pool to feed the ducks. The boats were out so we had a walk instead.

Everybody came for lunch, we had -

turkey
chestnut and sausage meat stuffing
yorkshire pudding
cauliflower cheese
roast butternut squash
roast potatoes
carrots and brocolli
carrot and sweede mash
red cabbage

after dinner mints

chocolate cake

I was touched when our neighbour brought us a wedding favour bag around from her daughters wedding. We had a bag, two key rings and a fleece blanket. So nice of them to think of us.
