When we were on holiday the kids started to colour in their photo Christmas cards. They don't like these cards though as the pen doesn't really stick as it is a shiny surface and smudges easily. They gave up after doing three between them and haven't been interested in them since.
When Anais came home from netball club, we found the Christmas albums on the hard drive of the x-box, played them and they glitter glued, sequined, made a mess and started to get in the Christmas spirit!
Must admit I loved the atmosphere with the logs and flame going with Christmas songs playing!
12 hexagons done today
18 hexagons done in total
18 hexagons to go
I am being good with this one and sewing the ends in as I go so its not so tedious at the end.
I popped out earlier to get some chocolate's so I could finish the little Christmas favour's. I make these up every year, I think it is nice close to Christmas for visitors to take one home with them :-)
So, a box of Tipples, a box of Elizabeth Shaw mints, netting and curling ribbon.......

They are currently on offer in Asda for £1 a box.
