Although we are close to the road, it is very nice and quiet, just how we like it, there are only two other caravans here and one is leaving tomorrow. It is a certified location which means they are only allowed to take a total of five caravans.
At the back of the caravan there is HUGE hole with freshly dug out soil. Who lives in a hole like this? Anais and Roman want to stay up tonight to see if an animal comes out of it!
This evening Anais has gone mad on Sudoku's, Roman has been making his own credit cards from cardboard as Mark gave him an old wallet and he wanted to fill it but got upset when Mark wouldn't give him any cards to put in it! And yes they are all random numbers he wrote on the cards - we are not silly enough to let him copy the real cards!
Anais cooked tea tonight, macaroni cheese, garlic bread, chicken and salad. Look at the pretty crochet flower Anais made! It is the same flower I used for my granny square blanket, she asked if I could show her how to make it - I didn't need to show her! She knows enough of the crochet stitches now for me to tell her what to do and her to do it by herself, she did this all by herself with no help from me!
I bought these cute owls from the craft fair at Stoneleigh Park last month. I brought them to do in the caravan now as they are nice and light and don't take up much space. So far I have cut them all out and now need to sew them together which I will start tomorrow. It didn't come with any black thread to do the sleepy eyes so I am waiting for Jenny to bring some (thanks!)
