Friday xx

We are home.  We were due to come home tomorrow anyway.  The weather forecast yesterday said today would be showers so we made the wise decision to take the awning down last night.  With heavy rain today and more heavy rain forecast over the weekend we packed up and came home today.  There didn't seem like a lot of point staying to be stuck in the caravan.  After 27 nights away we are mostly unpacked.  But at least we can relax over the weekend now.

I hoovered today for the first time in a month and I am liking having unlimited WIFI and my dishwasher back.  The house seems to be hot and stuffy compared to the caravan where we had the windows and roof vents open most of the time and lived outside.

Heavy rain on the conservatory roof tonight as I blog.  Anais and Roman are watching TV in their rooms and the house is mostly unpacked, clean and tidy.  We watched Roman's new DVD "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" earlier.

Oh, and the new storage pitch made easy work of putting the caravan away and manouvering it onto the pitch.
