2- when the froth at the top of each bottle had settled, Mark used a jug to top them up to the required level
3 - here they are all topped up and ready for the brewers sugar to be added!
4 - Mark added half a teaspoon of brewers sugar to each bottle
5- Each bottle had a tamper proof lid fitted to prevent anybody from tampering with them! They were all wiped clean and are to be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days and then in a cooler place for 12-14 days before drinking!
