By the reservoir.
In September I ran for 78.9 KM in 9 hours and 21 minutes which is mostly time I would have been in bed on a morning. That is approx 49 miles.
I enjoyed my run this morning. I didn't get stitch, it wasn't windy, it was cool, I controlled my breathing and I saw a fox in the park! By the reservoir. Through the park. Pictures from Mark who can take photos and run at the same time. In September I ran for 78.9 KM in 9 hours and 21 minutes which is mostly time I would have been in bed on a morning. That is approx 49 miles. 5K done today in 33 minutes and seven seconds, my best time yet, pleased with that. Last night I noticed the dragon was wrong and had to undo SEVEN shapes to correct one shape that had been joined incorrectly. Back on it this morning, I got this far and dragon is stuffed. Still got to do the tail, head, horns, wings and spikes. An almond cake made. Mark finished his Jaguar XKR.

Heidi Bear at lunchtime............. ........................and by the end of tonight. Rolo chocolate pots made for pudding. We went to buy Roman some new trainers. Anais liked some but they did not have any in her size. We bought our Christmas calendars.
Mark - Avengers Mine - Father Christmas Roman - The Grinch Anais - Christmas Tree We went for a run this morning. It was windy and it was hard. Time - 34 minutes and fifty three seconds. Rubbish. 73.9 KM done so far this month, approx 45.9 miles. We spent much of the day at Birmingham City University looking into music courses for Anais.
We went to check on the caravan. Heidi Bear so far. Anais went to the hairdressers and had a bob. This picture scared her! Mark took it and was confused when he came home in the week and couldn't recognize us from behind! Anais made cookies. I started to join the Heidi Bear.
23 minutes.Mark missed two runs this week as he was out on Monday and Wednesday. he went for a run before breakfast and did 5K in 31 minutes. I checked the weather forecast and saw it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow so I did a quick run before lunch. Only 3.57KM as it should really have been a rest day. Time - 23 minutes. 68.9 KM done so far this month. We had a big sort out this afternoon and I have also added yellow to these.
Mark was up and out early to go to Bristol. I was on a run for 7 AM. It was drizzly but came down heavier when I came through the park. As usual I had to walk up the hill by the uni, running uphill gives me stitch and makes me feel sick. I carried on running to the end point and did it in 34 minutes and eleven seconds. So far this month I have done 65.3 KM (approx 40.5 miles). Hedwig is finished.
Lots of crochet done today on account of the bad weather. Anais had a message from college saying the music rooms are flooded so she doesn't have to be in until 10.30 in the morning. This morning I went to meet up with friends. The one on the top is my African flower hexagon and the one on the bottom is Lisas. Both done with DK yarn and both done with a 2.5mm hook. I crochet tight, Lisa crochets loosely. I got these done. I made another pumpkin. I started to make Hedwig.
Mark left early to go to Wales. He got back 8.20 PM tonight. I went on a run before Roman got up. It was busy last week after he had left for school and I prefer to go earlier as it is quieter. 5.02 KM done in 33 minutes and 45 seconds. Not brilliant but not bad either. When you come out of the park there are three roads to choose from, each road is uphill. I cannot run uphills, it gives me stitch and makes me feel ill, so I walked to the top of the hill and then continued to run. 60.3 KM done so far this month, approx 37.4 miles. The reservoir approx 7.40 AM on my way home. I made a chocolate concrete.
This morning we went to the cinema to see the new "Aladdin" film.
I made four chocolate pots.
Christmas cards made with the mini crochet wreaths I made last week.
Run day today, on Thursday I did 5.01 KM in 34.02, today I did 5.03 KM in 34.07, marginally further and five seconds slower. So far this month, 55.2 KM run! First stop of the day was Stirchley Baths. I remember swimming here in the 1980s and it was cold! I remembered the balcony and changing rooms and the windows. Walls have been built in the pool area to support the floor but you can look down to where the pool was and see the ladders that went into the pool. We were allowed to go up onto the balcony area and look down. In one of the community rooms an old well has also been exposed. Second stop was Stirchley Library where we did a tour of the upstairs. Third stop was St Nicolas Place where did a tour that lasted for one hour and fifteen minutes approx. Really interesting. We did the rooms in the main building and then the old grammar school. Final stop was the pre fab houses on Wakefield Road. They are now grade 2 listed. A long day and tired legs tonight. We sttled down early to watch the film "Small Foot".
