
Another tile done. ![]() Another Elements square done tonight. One honey flapjack made (this recipe) but I also added two grated apples. My crochet on the top, Marks crochet is on the bottom. He is catching up!

This morning was crafts.
This afternoon Roman went to orchestra. Snow on and off all day. Not sure how many tiles I will extend Persian Tiles by but here is the first tile. Back to normal today and its been cold. Anais came home and has been making music on her keyboard. Roman played with his Lego and on the X Box. Persian Tiles at 3pm before I got Roman from school. Persian Tiles at 9pm, all joined together apart from the triangles. There is quite a bit of yarn left so I am going to try and make it bigger by doing another four or eight tiles. I also completed part 6 of Coastal Crochet CAL, what I missed last week while we were on holiday. I'll do part 7 (this week)when it has been fully released on Friday (half was released today and the other half on Friday).
We had a nice relaxing day at home. All washing, drying and ironing has been done and put away. Anais did more homework/revision and Roman played with his new Lego. I made pancakes for breakfast. Marks crochet so far............. Elements squares done today...............
This morning we packed up and came home. Pictures of the apartment when we left (excuse the dirty towels in the shower!). Outside the apartment. Around and about............. The games room............ The badminton court.............. The swimming pool.............. When we left Roman hid a note inside the fireplace and if/when we go back we can see if it is still there! This afternoon Anais did her homework. Roman built his new set of Lego. All pieces to Persian Tiles completed and ready to join. Progress on Elements CAL. Another 12 small squares to do. Mark started Coastal Crochet CAL while we were away, his progress so far............. This afternoon I made a Bakewell Tart.
A lovely morning but bitter cold. We had a walk around Wootton Under Edge. Followed by a walk around Dursley. When we got back we had a game of tennis. Anais and Roman have been swimming and to the games room tonight. Tile 16 done. ![]() Twelve triangles done, seven rounds on each with a beginning tail and end tail, 168 ends to sew in.
This morning we had a walk around Stroud. Mark bought some wool to do Coastal Crochet, Anais spent the last of her New Look voucher on two tops and I had a new pair of boots. We then went to Newark Park. This afternoon has been swimming and games room again.
This morning Roman had a go with his plane and boat again. We went to Lacock Abbey and had a little walk around the village too. Golf when we got back, followed by swimming.
This evening was games room again. Tile 15. This morning Roman played with his boat and plane. Inside the house this morning.......... This morning we went to Chedworth Roman Villa. We also went to Bibury.......................... ..................and Cirencester. Anais spent some of her Christmas vouchers and bought a pair of jeans from New Look. When we got back Anais and Roman went swimming. This evening we all went to the games room. Tile 13 Tile 14
We had a nice day out at Slimbridge Wetlands Centre. The view from the viewing station. The rest of the day............................ This afternoon Roman used his boat and flew his plane in the grounds. Anais and Roman have been swimming and to the games room again this evening.
