I made BB8 as part of the Star Wars collection for Romans birthday.

Anais made more peanut butter cookies.

My January -
* parts 5 to 8 of Elements
* an Elements square on a bag
* nine Persian Tiles
* one Perisan square (still being blocked on K'Nex)
* nine Lily Pond Blocks
* one crochet necklace
* seven Star Wars characters (Yoda, Storm Trooper, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, Jabba the Hutt, Hans Sols and BB8).

Anais took Roman to school this evening for a dance show Anais' friends were involved in. Very strange for us being home on a Wednesday with no swimming lessons. Romans new swimming lessons start tomorrow evening in Stage 10, the top group!

This morning was crafts and we had a go at lino printing using lino disks. Unfortunately I forgot to reverse my image ( a music note ) so it stamped the wrong way round.

Roman went to orchestra.

I made some peanut butter cookies using THIS recipe and they were delicious.

Block 6 done for Lily Pond.

Three squares done for Lily Pond Blanket (the fourth was done before New Year). Block two - Tiny Lily.

Roman made a boat with a Lego set that should have been a plane.

Anais did a picture of "The Maze Runner".

We had a lazy morning at home. Anais and Roman each did their homework.

This afternoon we popped out shopping. Still no new mirror or rug.

A lazy afternoon spent in too, we watched "Dairy of a Wimpy Kid" and played a game.

The finished necklace I made yesterday.

Anais went to orchestra and Roman did this space jigsaw.

We were out for the rest of the day visiting the open day at the college, visiting Jenny and popping to the shops.

I glued the Elements square to the bag.

I started #notacal2 but forgot to take a photo of the finished necklace.

I made a peanut butter and chocolate cake.

This evening Anais went to the cinema with her friends and offered to take Roman too. They went to see "The Maze Runner, The Death Cure" which was released earlier today.

Look what I found today, missing for almost two years. The yellow centre of a flower for a blanket I made in Cornwall 2016 but was unable to finish until we got home as the last yellow centre was missing.

Part eight, Elements CAL done.

I was tempted to buy this gin and tonic icing today in Sainsburys but don't think Anais and Roman would approve!

Another Elements square done and left to block into shape overnight to I can glue it to a bag tomorrow.

Roman went to cricket club after school.

Thecarpet man came back this evening and restretched the carpet in two places so now it is finally flat.

Very heavy rain this morning. Roman said he had to put his PE kit on when he got to school.

Tile 9, Persian Tiles Eastern Jewels done.

Han Solo done.

Well done Roman who got moved up from stage 9 to stage 10 at swimming tonight!

Roman made me a blocking station for my Persian Tiles Squares. Its made with K'Nex and he also included a carry handle!

This morning was crafts. We did needle felting using cookie cutters as a template.

I went to the wool shop and bought another ball of green to finish Jabba the Hutt.

This evening we went to the open evening and Anais has applied for a course in September.
