Well done Anais, you were very brave today having a blood test. We are proud of you! xxxx She may be anaemic so we have bought some over the counter iron supplements until we get the results back next week. The rest of the day was spent on the sofa eating Haribo and watching films.

Today started like this.................. .....................and ended like this! Only fifteen minutes into her work experience I had a phone call asking to pick her up as she was unwell. She had almost fainted. We had a lazy day on the sofa eating cake, watching films and playing Scrabble. This afternoon she had a doctors appointment. She was disappointed as she had been looking forward to going for months. Hopefully she can still go towards the end of the week. Anais hasn't been off school sick for years. Its "tradition" when she is off we go and buy a cake and then play Scrabble! Cake! (This is the one for tomorrow, she ate one of these today already!) Scrabble - I won, 194 to 111!
Roman had cricket club after school and this evening we (me, Mark, Roman) had dentist appointments (Anais went before she went skiing). Not many squares crocheted together today on account of being lazy on the sofa with Anais! xx Last night Anais fell to sleep on the sofa just after 8PM. Mark carried her to bed at 9PM and she slept until just after 10AM this morning. Anais did all her homework that she didn't get chance to do in Switzerland. Roman finished his planet. this was going to be the sun, then the moon and then he decided it would be Jupiter. Check out "the eye of Jupiter!" He also did a leaflet with facts about Jupiter. Joining, joining, joining.............................. Mark has been working on this model. Thanks Jenny for telling us about Kobo and telling us to check our accounts. We had £13 credit too, so I bought this book - "Edwards Menagerie, Birds" for 31p! From Marks account I had these which only cost 54p!

Light box fun. This was true for when we got home!
On the way home we stopped off at Tesco. We picked this up for Roman. It was only 13p as the instructions were missing! He has been having fun seeing what conducts electricity! If you hold something against the metal bits either side of his arms it beeps and lights up.
Torgon webcams.....................
Link to Torgon webcams. Pictures from their webcams.
Anais texted this evening. She is very short in her replies! How was skiing? She had blisters! Is she having fun? She is going to a disco! She has tried to text some photos but we are unable to receive them and she does not have WIFI.
