(For those that don't know the story - when we went to Weston Super Mare last summer she spent the whole week asking to go on the beach side log flume ride, "Jungle River". On the last day we had a go and brought the photo as a souvenir as it was hilarious, Anais who had desperately wanted to go on it had a sheer look of terror on her face and vowed never to go on another log flume, fast ride, tall ride or upside down ride - EVER! When we went to Alton Towers last October we had to coax her on the rides and she still hated them!)
Anyway, she went on quite a few rides today INCLUDING the log flume and came home SOAKED but having enjoyed herself! She did not enjoy the haunted house ride though, apparantely her and some friends asked to be let out the fire exit early as it was too scary. And no I am not mocking as we are exactly alike and I don't like rides either!
Last night while Mark continued to read "Mockingjay" I started to practice crochet granny squares as I would like to make a blanket over the summer.
Attempt one - too "stringy" and "holey"? Chain 3 for the corners, chain 2 for the straights.
