Melt the honey, sugar and butter together until golden and sugar melted. Leave to cool. Add the eggs and flour and cook for approx for 40 mins. While still warm add one tablespoon of honey to 55 grams of icing sugar and some warm water. Drizzle over the top while still in the tin. Once almost "set" remove from spring form tin and the icing that has pooled on the edge will drip down the sides. Yum!
